Refund Policy

1. Bookings, Confirmations, Cancellations

• All bookings at Ilia Suites Evia require full upfront payment to secure the reservation. Once payment is received the booking will be manually confirmed. Your payment includes a €100 post-stay cleaning fee. 

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit 25% of the upfront payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the upfront payment.
  • No-shows will forfeit the full amount.

  Refunds are processed within 5 business days of cancellation confirmation. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
