“Paralia” (Παραλία)

“Paralia” (Παραλία) is an 80m² beachfront suite in the village of Ilia (Ηλία), Evia, offering uninterrupted views of the sea, sunrise, mountains, and the surrounding village. The suite is designed for guests who want a calm, spacious base directly on the waterfront. With two separate bedrooms and an open‑plan living area, it comfortably hosts families, couples travelling together, or small groups of up to five guests.

The first bedroom includes a double bed, while the second features two single beds and an additional sofabed. The layout gives each guest enough space to settle in, and the suite’s private patio and entrance add to the sense of privacy. The living area includes a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine — practical for longer stays or guests who prefer self‑catering.

“Paralia” (Παραλία) is fully air‑conditioned and includes flat‑screen televisions, free Wi‑Fi, fresh linens and towels on arrival, wardrobes, and essential amenities such as a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and safety equipment. Outdoor furniture makes it easy to enjoy the sunrise or relax after a day at the beach. Restaurants, cafés, and small shops are all within a short walk, and the town’s hot springs are just 190 metres away.

The suite has a fixed rate of €200 per night, payable upfront, with a minimum stay of three nights. A €100 cleaning fee applies, and so does the compulsory Climate Resilience Tax. All bookings are manually confirmed by the owner.
